About Us

Affy's Kitchen is a subsidiary of Bauppor Weight Loss Centre (www.baupporweightloss.com). We originally just provided weekly meals for our weight loss clients, but because our meals are so delicious, and our clients don't feel like they're on a 'diet', they always recommend us to friends, families, and colleagues. We then decided to cook wholesome meals for everyone. Affy's Kitchen and BWLC is owned and operated by Affiong Uffort

So What Makes Us Different?

We mainly provide African dishes of Nigerian & West African Origin, and we also take special requests. The most important thing is that we take your health into consideration when cooking. For example, we substitute Olive Oil which helps lower (LDL) cholesterol, as against Polyunsaturates like Corn Oil etc. We advocate reduced salt intake in food which is helps in lowering high blood pressure. Our portions are very generous, enough for two to share, or you can save some for later. 

We understand that deciding what to have for lunch can be tasking, so most times we end up grabbing the most available fast food which is not necessarily good for you. At Affy's Kitchen, we can arrange your Lunch Meal Plan with you for up to a week in advance, giving you control over what you eat.
